In his remarks at the Forum, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc affirmed that the Vietnam–Russian Federation President’ Forum serves as an important platform for connecting higher education institutions of the two countries and for implementing the commitments made by senior leaders to promote educational cooperation, particularly in higher education. The Deputy Prime Minister also emphasized the Vietnamese Government’s determination to create favorable conditions for training cooperation programs, scientific research, and faculty and student exchange activities between universities of the two countries to continue developing in a stronger, more substantive, and more effective manner in the coming years.

The delegation included Prof. Pavel Akimov, Rector of MGSU, and Prof. Olga Kuzina, Vice Rector for International Relations.

On behalf of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Rector Pavel Akimov expressed his honor in visiting and working with King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá. He also shared his strong connection with Vietnam through the long-standing relationship between the two countries, noting that many faculty members and students of MGSU had participated in the construction of projects and infrastructure works in Vietnam.

Moscow State University of Civil Engineering is one of the leading universities in the Russian Federation in the fields of civil engineering and construction technology. Prof. Pavel Akimov also discussed the University’s outstanding achievements in construction and hydraulic engineering, particularly its research and calculations related to wind loads, snowstorms, and large-scale engineering structures.

On the morning of April 29, 2026, King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá held a working session with a delegation from Guangxi Vocational College of Water Resources and Electric Power (GCWE) to discuss directions for cooperation in education and training, scientific research, and human resource development. 

On behalf of Guangxi Vocational College of Water Resources and Electric Power, Mr. Li Lin, Secretary of the Party Committee, presented an overview of the institution’s development and standing. He emphasized that GCWE is one of the leading vocational education institutions in China, ranking among the top 10% of more than 1,600 colleges nationwide.

He also noted that Vietnam and China share a common border and face many similar challenges related to water resources and disaster prevention, which creates significant potential for cooperation in training and applied research. In addition, the college is actively promoting the internationalization of vocational education and expanding partnerships with institutions around the world.

Mr. Li Lin expressed his appreciation to King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá for sending a delegation to Guangxi to attend the series of events commemorating World Water Day 2026. On the afternoon of April 20, 2026,King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá (KINH88 IT COM) held a working session with Professor Lawrence Goodridge, Canadian Research Director of Foodborne Pathogen Dynamics and Director of the Canadian Institute for Food Safety Research, University of Guelph (Canada). As a key expert in the “Safe Food for Growth” (SAFEGRO) project, funded by the Canadian government for Vietnam from 2021-2025, the Professor’s cordial discussions opened up many opportunities for strategic cooperation aimed at enhancing the capacity of a sustainable food system in Vietnam in general and related research activities at the KINH88 IT COM in particular.

The representatives from the University attending the meeting included Dr. Le Quang Tuan – Deputy Head of the Department of Science and Technology and International Cooperation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Chemistry and Environment, along with leaders and lecturers from the Biotechnology Department of the Faculty of Chemistry and Environment.

During the meeting, after reviewing the University’s history and its strengths in training and research, both sides confirmed that KINH88 IT COM and the University of Guelph have strong potential for cooperation. This cooperation would involve exchanging lecturers and students in the fields of biotechnology and water quality, specifically relating to agricultural production and national food security. Following this affirmation, Professor Lawrence Goodridge agreed to the proposal to further develop potential collaboration in both training and scientific research.

In terms of training, Professor Lawrence emphasized the commitment to providing maximum opportunities for faculty and students to access online training courses as well as advanced academic programs on food safety from the University of Guelph. Simultaneously, the research orientation will focus on addressing the practical challenges of Vietnam’s agricultural sector, closely adhering to Decision No. 300/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on transforming the food system into a transparent, accountable, and sustainable one by 2030.

Professor Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc from the Faculty of Chemistry and Environment discussed research collaboration with Professor Lawrence regarding environmental protection in coastal areas.

In particular, the two sides also exchanged research directions on the treatment and reuse of food waste through fermentation technology. Dr. Cao Thi Hue from the Department of Biotechnology expressed her hope that Professor Lawrence would be interested in cooperating and providing academic support to enhance the capacity of the Faculty in similar research.

Professor Lawrence happily agreed with the proposal for collaborative research centered around three key areas: food security, water security, and sustainable development. The combination of the traditional strengths of KINH88 IT COM and the research and collaboration capabilities of the University of Guelph – Canada is expected to generate new research activities, not only enhancing the university’s international standing but also directly contributing to the transformation of the national food system.

    At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed to maintain regular contact to promote specific activities in the future. Top priorities include in-depth academic exchanges on food safety, identifying potential postgraduate students for short-term exchange programs, and coordinating the development of joint research project proposals to be submitted under the Protocol. The meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Van Quang, Vice President of King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá.

In his remarks at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Van Quang expressed his pleasure in welcoming the delegation from Keimyung University and highlighted the positive outcomes of the cooperation between the two institutions in recent years. Activities such as delegation exchanges, academic collaboration, joint research, and student exchanges have contributed to building a strong foundation for further expanding cooperation in the coming period.

At the meeting, both sides focused on discussing the operational model and effective utilization of the Thuyloi – Keimyung Daegu Global Center, as well as cooperation directions for 2026 and the years ahead. The Center is expected to serve as a focal point connecting training, research, cultural exchange, and international cooperation activities between the two universities.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet, President of King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá; representatives of the delegation from Chosun University (Korea); representatives of Korean enterprises; as well as leaders and staff from several higher education institutions, including Dong Do University, Hanoi University of Culture, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment, Vietnam University of Fine Arts, and other relevant units.

According to the Korean representatives, following a series of surveys and working sessions with various universities in Vietnam, Chosun University expressed its desire to collaborate with partner institutions to organize a large-scale Vietnam–Korea education and cultural exchange event. The program is expected to take place in early November 2026 in the form of an “Open Day,” combining the introduction of study opportunities, cultural exchange activities, business networking, and the expansion of international cooperation.

The program is expected to introduce a new model of cooperation between Vietnamese universities and Korean partners, contributing to the internationalization of higher education, strengthening people-to-people exchanges, and creating more learning opportunities for students.

On the morning of April 16, at the Hoa Lac campus, King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá held a working session with a delegation from Chosun University (Korea) to advance strategic cooperation between the two institutions, with a focus on the establishment of Sejong Center and the expansion of academic programs and international exchange activities.

In his remarks at the meeting, the leadership of King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá emphasized that strengthening cooperation with international higher education institutions, particularly partners from Korea, plays a significant role in enhancing the University’s training quality, scientific research, and international integration.

During the session, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on several key areas. Notably, they focused on the plan to establish Sejong Center at Hoa Lac campus to promote Korean language education and foster cultural and academic exchange. King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá assigned relevant units to take the lead in finalizing the proposal and strengthening supporting documentation of cooperation with regional educational institutions to meet the requirements set by the Korean partner.

In addition, the two universities agreed to implement student and staff exchange programs, with plans to welcome a delegation of Korean students to King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá for a 7-day study and research program in July 2026. The program will combine academic activities, thematic research, and practical experiences, contributing to enhanced cultural understanding and professional capacity for students from both countries.

Another notable initiative is the implementation of the “Free-School” online Korean language training program transferred by the Korean side. This is considered an important opportunity to expand access to Korean language education in Northern Vietnam, enabling students to benefit from structured programs aligned with international standards.

In terms of academic development, both sides also agreed to accelerate the establishment of an off-quota international joint training program, aiming to begin enrollment in the 2027–2028 academic year. At the same time, a fully funded master’s scholarship program in Korea for students majoring in Mechanical Engineering will be introduced, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources.

Within the framework of implementing the 2026 external relations program, a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam, led by Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam, paid a working visit to Mexico from April 1 to 4. The delegation included Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet, President of King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá, along with representatives from relevant professional units.

The visit contributed to consolidating the traditional friendship and enhancing political trust between Vietnam and Mexico, while opening up new directions for cooperation in a more substantive, effective, and sustainable manner in the agricultural sector.

During discussions, both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in research and the application of high technologies in agricultural production; expand import–export markets for agricultural products; and place particular emphasis on developing high-quality human resources.

Notably, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam highlighted and proposed that the Mexican side enhance cooperation in water security- an issue of strategic importance for sustainable agricultural development and climate change adaptation. At the meeting with Mexico’s Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development, Julio Berdegué Sacristán, both sides reviewed past cooperation results and discussed issues of mutual interest, including strengthening food security, expanding agricultural markets, improving food safety standards, and promoting climate-smart agriculture.

The two sides also proposed various solutions to enhance cooperation in the coming period, focusing on promoting delegation exchanges at all levels, establishing specialized working groups, expanding markets for key products, and strengthening collaboration in education and scientific research.

During the working session with INIFAP, cooperation areas were further specified, focusing on sharing advanced agricultural production technologies, scientific research, and training high-quality human resources – fields in which King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá has extensive experience and strong potential for international cooperation.

Meanwhile, in the meeting with COMCE, both sides agreed to strengthen connections between business communities, support small and medium-sized enterprises, promote bilateral agricultural trade, and leverage the complementary strengths of the two economies to enhance added value and competitiveness of agricultural products.

The event was jointly organized by the Department of Water Resources of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Departments of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, and Tuyen Quang provinces in Nanning City, Guangxi Province, China.

The Vietnamese delegation consists of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Consul General of Vietnam in Nanning, alongside representatives from the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development and Natural Resources and Environment of provinces bordering China’s Guangxi region. Joining the delegation were officials from key agencies specialized in water resource management, disaster prevention, and irrigation infrastructure, as well as representatives from the Vietnam Academy of Water Resources and King88.com | Casino, Nổ Hũ, Bắn Cá.

On the Chinese side, the event includes 500 delegates, including senior officials from the Ministry of Water Resources, leaders of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, research institutes, and leading enterprises. Speaking at the plenary session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Consul General of Vietnam in Nanning, expressed her deep gratitude to the People’s Government of Guangxi for their proactive coordination with Vietnamese authorities, research institutes, and universities to organize this meaningful event. Furthermore, the delegates visited the “Happy Rivers and Lakes” model on the Yung River (the section of the Yu River passing through Nanning City), and toured the infrastructure system on the Pinglu Canal. The canal, which connecting Pearl River system to the Gulf of Tonkin, accommodates 5,000-ton transport vessels to boost the economic development of Guangxi Province, and is considered a symbol of pride for the water resources industry in both China and Guangxi..

The World Water Day 2026 (March 22) theme has designated “Water and Gender” by The United Nations , carrying the message “Observing Today, Protecting Tomorrow.” This initiative highlights clean water and sanitation as fundamental human rights essential for promoting gender equality and sustainable development. By placing women and girls at the heart of water management and decision-making, water systems can better serve community needs, driving improvements in health, education, and economic growth. Ultimately, empowering women’s leadership is vital to accelerating Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6), ensuring clean water and sanitation for all by 2030 – while fostering social equity and public well-being.

The Pinglu Canal (平陆运河) is the largest artificial canal project since the Grand Canal. Design details and construction progress, confirmed to be nearing completion, underscore the project’s massive scale. Starting from the Pingtang River mouth (平塘江口) in Xijin Reservoir (西津库区), the 134.2 km canal passes through Lingshan County and follows the Qin River into the Gulf of Tonkin. Designed to Class I standards for 5,000-ton vessels, the canal integrates shipping, irrigation, flood control, water supply, and ecological enhancement. As the first river-to-sea canal built since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the project involves a total investment of 72.73 billion RMB. Construction commenced in August 2022 and is scheduled for completion in September 2026.
